Set includes three planes for all cheese needs.
Hard Cheese Plane is excellent for use with Romano, Parmesan, Cheddar and other hard cheeses. It produces 1/16-in thick slices perfect for crackers, open face sandwiches, pizza, lasagna and any other dishes.
Soft Cheese Plane is perfect for the softer cheese such as mozzarella (semi-hard), havarti and other soft cheeses. The plane is short so that cheese won't stick to the plane for delicate 1/8-in thick slices every time.
Cheese Plane Shredder is a great alternative to the typical box shredder. Simply pull the plane over the cheese for thick, fine and long shreds perfect for soups, salad or pasta.
All items are dishwashers safe and produced in Sweden.
